It was one of my best experience ! This month of June spend with Annette and Martin was great. They are so welcoming and friendly ! Thanks to them, I could discover Danemark, its beautiful landscapes, its culture and new people (Annette and Martin took us to Odense to see a concert or for a walk along the cliffs with breathtaking landscapes !). You can take a ride and going to the beach or admire the sunset at the edge of the water. I learnt how picking up zucchinis, tomatoes, kohlrabis, how planting zucchini seeds in pots, and so many other things about growing vegetables. Of course the weather wasn't always by our side, so we cleaned the greenhouses (it's part of a job !). Thank you so much Annette and Martin and I really recommend your family farm !

I spent three weeks on the farm from the end of August to mid-September 2025, and it was my first WWOOF experience. I had a great time and couldn’t have asked for a better start. Our days were well structured: we harvested vegetables, prepared produce for the shop or markets, planted new crops, watered, cooked lunch, and did various other tasks. As a vegetarian, I didn’t have any problems with the food provided, and the best part was definitely eating fresh vegetables straight from the farm. The accommodation was very comfortable, and since there were only a few volunteers at a time, everyone had their own room. The island is small but beautiful and perfect for walks, swimming, or small trips to Faaborg, Svendborg, or the surrounding islands. What I liked most, though, were the people: everyone was very kind and welcoming, and the working atmosphere was positive. I learned a lot, met great people, and I would definitely recommend this experience. :)

My stay was so good that I had to extend it 2 times 🫣... Mette is a walking miracle it was very inspiring to talk and learn about her life, also she is a great cook !! Henrick was very patient, helpful and willing to take some time to explain things which I highly appreciated. The work at the farm is well organised, the atmosphere at home always lovely : good combo ! I didn't feel any pressure or disappointment from them in any way and I thank them for that because they would have some reason to express that. ( I broke their door 2 times 🫣)The cherry on the cake (french expression, google it) was the amount of animals at the farm which made my day bright and happy 😊 Menge Tak ❣️

I had such a heartwarming stay here. From the moment I arrived, everyone made me feel welcome and at home. Every meal Mette prepared was absolutely delicious and I looked forward to dinner every day! The animals are clearly loved and very well cared for, and they’re all so sweet and adorable. Because of the snow, the main tasks were feeding and giving water, which felt calm and peaceful. It’s also easy to get here from Copenhagen, yet you’re surrounded by beautiful nature. The people, the fresh air, and the atmosphere make this place incredibly healing. I’m really grateful for my time here.

My stay on Samsø island was too short 😔 I loved being there. I had a wonderful time living with international woofers in a cosy atmosphere at home. And I had an amazing time working with Kim and Stinne in the brewery or on the field. Kim is a malicious, funny, gentle guy, I like his soft soul. Stinne is a strong, tough, passionate lady, I like a energy very much. Both showed me trust which helped me feel confident in the daily work and part of their projects. Thank you and see you in summer time 😉

My stay at Jesper's farm was really great. He was nice enough to take me in on a last minute request. He is a very nice guy with a lovely girlfriend and 2 beautiful, well behaved, polite, calm kids. The job was doable, diversified with respected working hours which was for me very appreciated. Jesper showed me a lot of trust, he let me manage some tasks and even help me out to plan my days off. I am very thankful for his communication skills and calm temper. I miss him, Anne, Ronia, Thor already very much 💗. I highly recommend this farm !

I stayed at this farm for four weeks. Life here was a very special experience for me. The place was full of nature, very quiet and peaceful every day. Catherina, Peter, and Finn were all very kind and always cared about me, so I could live comfortably. Especially, I spent Christmas and the New Year with this family, and I had warm moments like I was a part of the family. I am very thankful that you shared your precious family time with me and prepared so many things for me. My work was feeding the animals, watering the flowers, harvesting potatoes, planting tulip bulbs, taking care of the garden, and so on. I had never done gardening before, but they kindly taught me everything from the beginning, and I learned a lot. I will come back again someday! Thank you so much!!

Juelie was a gracious host and the land is beautiful. The wood huts offer solitude and quiet, and the guest house is wonderful for cooking and bathing in the winter. There was plenty of work to do, and i learned how to do new things such as build brick walls. Juelie’s cooking is also delicious.

I had a lovely stay at Stengården for the 3.5 weeks I was here!! I learned so much, and met amazing people along the way. Definitely an experience that I would recommend! I thoroughly enjoyed spending time with everyone & being taught more about the specifics of working on an organic farm. The atmosphere was incredible, as was the environment. Thank you so much!

I had a great time on Jasper’s farm. He, his lovely kids, and the cutest dog ever made me feel welcome from the start. The work was good and not too difficult. My main job was looking after the 150 chickens, making sure they always had food and collecting and sorting their eggs. I also had the opportunity to cook and bake lots, which I enjoyed a lot. I worked alone quite a bit too, and really liked the independence. The whole experience was peaceful and rewarding. Thank you very much for having me, Jasper. I wish you and the kids all the best.
