Organically grown since 1987. We cultivate 2 ha, of which a quarter is fruit trees. The rest of the land is used for growing a variety of vegetables, berries and herbs. In addition, we have three greenhouses – together comprising 925 m2. Our goods are sold, in our farm shop, weekly delivery and engros. Besides our own produce, we sell organic goods, fruits and vegetables from all over the world. We live in idyllic surroundings close by a small lake, a big forest, and open countryside. Accommodation: room in the house, workman’s huts or tent. We are vegetarians and non-smokers. In the house we have wi-fi and two good bathroom. Extended stays are possible and good for the place.!! Working hours
WWOOFers are expected to work 4 hours per day, 6 days per week (Monday to Saturday). Sunday is a free day. You can work in the morning or in the afternoon, whatever is best for you. We are open to making changes, for example, if you want to work 5 hours per day Monday to Friday and have two free days Saturday and Sunday, it is okay. We are usually 2 or 3 people working on the farm each day.
Accommodation
We have two small cabins on the farm for your stay, 1-2 minutes walking from the main house. You will have a private room with a bed, a couch, a small table and a wardrobe for your clothes. One cabin also has a small kitchenette with a sink, a stove and a refrigerator. Kitchen, bathroom, shower and wifi are all available for you in the main house.
Food
Here, we like to eat lots of raw fruits and vegetables! We are a vegetarian household. We eat together, lunch at 13.00 and dinner at 18.15 each day. We always prepare food and clean up dishes together as a team. For lunch, we prepare fruit salad. We eat many different fruits: banana, mango, kiwi, apple, orange, watermelon, avocado, pineapple, pear, peach, nectarine, berries and more! For dinner, we prepare salad with raw vegetables. Two or three times per week, we also prepare warm food such as baked potatoes or fried tofu. We have more foods available for you such as bread, oats, rice, beans, lentils, cheese, jam, coffee and tea. If there is something else you like, you can ask us! All provided food is organic.
Getting here
We can pick you up from the main railway station in Odense. When you arrive, find your way to the FynBus Kundecenter on the northern side of the station, this is where we can park to pick you up. If you arrive with Flixbus we can also do the pick-up at their station at Hestehaven 120, 5260 Odense S.
Other
We have bicycles which you are free to use. We are a drug-free place, so please no tobacco or alcohol on the farm. But a small amount of alcohol in your own cabin is of course allowed.

Anders and Vivian are kind souls that will do the extra mile for your comfort.
Their farm is rich in wildlife and you'll never get bored because of the variety of tasks to do. I would recommend also for the healthy food you eat on your stay. Close also to the city with an interesting music and art scene.

I had a great time at Holistia. I stayed for a whole month and in fact loved it so much that I'm due to return in October :-) Anders and Vivian are kind, helpful and always up for a casual conversation or philosophical discussion.
Even though I'm not generally a raw food lover, it's astonishing how quickly you get used to having salads and fruit salads every day, and it gave me amazing skin!
The work rhythm and quiet were invaluable, too. With Holistia's high hedges and peaceful atmosphere, it's a little like being in another world where time runs more slowly; and I was incredibly relaxed as a consequence. At the same time, Odense is just around the corner if you miss the hustle and bustle of the city.
I recommend coming to Holistia very much!

Anders is great,kind, lovely man,his hospitality is wonderful,also his partner Vivian,she is so kind,
His Farm and place is so calm and relaxing place ,there is a lake at end of farm,also close to forest ,
Working in farm would be interesting,you learn how to weeding,harvesting,cultivate seed,been,green if you be long time there,also working is not hard,it would be like body exercise,
I would like to be stay there more,but my Visa was limit,I will try to take new Visa and join him ASAP.i don't know what exactly said,it's seem a long life like family.
