We're looking for you who are enthusiastic about learning, working and spending time outside,
YOU are a part of the journey and have a big impact on this little farm.
We grow different vegetables in our market garden, with inspiration from Jean Martin Fortier and other organic pioneers.
We have 3 big polytunnel growing cucumbers, tomatoes, herbs and other veggies. 2 smaller polytunnels we use for seedlings.
Our production of oystermushroom grow in a container.
Many variaties of microgreens grow both in a greenhouse and a 2nd container.
Beside running the daily production we have:
Oyester mushrooms workshop
Making streetfood at local marked event
Show tours at the farm for schools and public
Teach students at a local farmschool
We will try our best to accommodate you, so you feel you get the most out of your stay.
Here at our place you still have time to relax and enjoy Denmark while working together with us.
The train station is only 10 min away by car and we can take you.
Go visit Aarhus or even Copenhagen .
You get to live in a caravan which is super lovely. Next to your van there is another big caravan which have a full loaded kitchen, living space, bath and toilet.
You can cook on your own but we will also make meals together when we all feel for it.
We will eat at least 1 meal of the day together.
You can expect seeding, planting, weeding, harvesting, packing, filling up the shop and be a part of the production of oyster mushroom and microgreens. Sometimes together we can go deliever the orders to restaurants. Then you will get the full experience "From soil to table" and get to meet the chefs and staff.
We offer a schedule working from 9 a clock in the morning.
Lunch around 14. Break in betreewn as you feel for it.
Total work hours in a week can depend on the weather.
Days off we plan together so you can both rest and enjoy free time and Denmark.
BUT times fly when you are outside doing things and it is very different what kind of work there is.
Our time is very flexible here at our small farm.
Also, if you have special interests or skills you want to explore/live out. There will be a diverse spectrum of things to do, depending on the season/weather

Juliette and I (Agathe) spent 1 month at Sissel and Anders' Det Lille Okori farm. We loved discovering their farm, their culture, cooking fresh vegetables from the garden and spending time with the cats!
Sissel and Anders listened to us, shared moments with us and made us feel good from beginning to the end. They also have great advice on visiting the country and the different places to discover !
So, dear wwoofer, if you're ready to go to work in a good mood and meet some lovely people, you've come to the right place !

I had a great full experience at the farm, learning from Sissel and Anders what is important to take care of a farm and how to keep the thing simple.
I cannot complain of anything they're a sweet couple that introduce me to the danish culture teaching some meal, putting a lot of effort in everything they do and you' perpespective of live is going to change after coming out of the farm.
For me personally, after 1.5 months I felt like a member of the family. Thank you SIssel and Anders.
And dear wwofer, you won't regret to go to this farm, probably you won't even won't to come back your country home jjajaja.

I had an amazing time with Sissel&Anders at det lille Økori!! From the very first day I felt very welcome and part of the family. I really liked the work, since there were (and still are) a lot of different things to do. I planted, harvested, made beds, did some construction work and helped with the packaging. While working and during the joint dinner in the evening, I had great and inspiring conversations with Sissel & Anders. They are lovely hosts and I couldn't have imagined my stay any better. Without hesitation, I can highly recommend joining Sissel&Anders for some time! Thank you Sissel&Anders!!!
