Join Our Family on a Traditional Danish Farm!
We are a family of four running a small, traditional farm filled with life. Our animals—chickens, ducks, rabbits, pigs, bees, cats, dogs, horses, and sheep—keep us busy, while our 2-hectare farm provides fresh vegetables, hay, and grains. In addition to farming, we host a small Airbnb and welcome volunteers who want to experience rural life firsthand.
Your Day on the Farm
Mornings start with hands-on animal care—feeding, cleaning, collecting eggs, and making sure everyone is happy and healthy. Depending on the season, you might be planting seedlings, watering crops, or harvesting fresh vegetables straight from the soil. Fieldwork can shift to repairing fences, preparing animal bedding, or tackling other farm projects.
Meals from the Land
Food is at the heart of our farm. We cook and eat together, using fresh ingredients from our garden. Whether you’re vegan, vegetarian, or a meat-eater, we prepare meals that celebrate the flavors of our homegrown produce—with meat sourced exclusively from our own animals. We love exchanging recipes and ideas, turning every meal into a shared experience.
Your Own Space to Unwind
While we enjoy working and sharing meals together, we also respect the need for personal space. We offer a range of accommodations, from cozy indoor rooms to rustic outdoor options like a tipi, nature shelters, or even a hammock in our fruit garden. Whether you prefer comfort or adventure, you’ll find a spot that allows you to relax and recharge in peace.
Exploring the Area
We provide bicycles so you can explore the nearby harbor village of Faaborg or take a short ride to the beach, just 4 km away. Surrounded by forests, the farm is perfect for horseback riding and discovering ancient grave mounds hidden in the Danish landscape. If you want to venture further, buses connect to larger towns like Svendborg and Odense.
Workshops & Handcrafted Items
We occasionally host workshops at the farm focused on Nordic animism and shamanism, exploring ancient traditions and spiritual practices. If a workshop is happening during your stay, you’re welcome to help out or simply take part in the experience.
In addition to farm work, we also create custom handcrafted items, primarily using natural materials like wood and leather. If you’re interested in learning about traditional handcrafting techniques, you may have the opportunity to assist with projects.
We speak easy English and welcome you to be part of our farm’s daily rhythm.

I spent one and a half months at Ing.Borg and I really enjoyed it ! Magnus and Inger are very nice people, with a simple and grounded approach to farming, and to life. During my stay, I learned to take care of animals, which I was completely new to, and it was very enriching. I learned about biodynamic farming and plenty of other things ! (shearing sheeps, recipes, how to talk to horses, lots of diverse things!)
The work is very flexible, mostly on your own. For example there are the daily chores such as taking care of the animals and plants, but depending on the interest you can focus on projects you are interested in. I left the place with lots of good memories, and I would definitely recommend to spend some time to go visit Faaborg and especially Svendborg !

I spent around a week on Magnus and Ingers Farm and I had a great time! They are very friendly, open minded people, living together was very relaxed and uncomplicated. I enjoyed their approach to life and biodynamic farming.
There is a woofers manual listing necessary daily tasks as well as ongoing projects from which you can choose. They let you choose and work independently but you can always ask for help or approach them if you have any questions. As a more experienced woofers I really enjoyed this. The other woofer and me sheared two sheep by ourselves which was great fun! We also weeded a lot and harvested some vegetables from the field, but there was plenty of time to relax and explore the surroundings.
All the animals on the farm are happy and healthy and it is fun and easy to work with them. Saga, Ingers daughter, took me out for horse riding twice which I really appreciated!
