Good greetings!
We are a family of three, a mother, a father and a little one.
We live in a beautiful spot on this planet south of Ebeltoft.
Here we have a small farm rooted in permaculture and self-sufficiency.
We have a somewhat diverse gardening going on and run a small scale herbal, fruit and honey production.
We have small livestock holdings of chickens, ducks, bees, mini pigs and rabbits - plus a few cows, sheep and goats that are not ours but we help take care of.
Daily or common tasks include feeding the animals, tending the gardens, weeding, fencing, constructing, preparing products for sale, cleaning etc.
Seasonal tasks include fruit picking, harvesting, food preserving, beekeeping, making firewood and milking two goats.
We have a Kyrgyz yurt in the garden available for volunteers as well as a smaller cabin.
We live largely on what grows in the garden and the gifts from the animals.
In the summertime we have ample supply of fruits, berries and eggs.
We'd like to share a meal together with you most work days.
We also love and live to play music.
Cooking, preserving and various other food projects are also among our favourite activities.
Within a few hundred meters is a wonderful beach and a lovely forest.
We live around 4 kilometers from the town, where there is plenty to see and do, if you are so inclined. We have bicycles available as well.
