Small farm with many dreams

Hej,
we are Vera, Björn and Ilva, building a small, sustainable farm on the peninsula Kegnæs.
Our vision is to grow fresh vegetables for ourselves and our neighbors, and to open a cozy farm shop where we can share our products directly with the community. We already keep some chickens, but we would love to have more farm animals to create a lively and diverse farm environment.
Our goal is to cultivate healthy food, live close to nature and contribute to a vibrant local neighborhood.
Right now we have a lot construction work, like renovating in the main house, building a chicken house on wheels and a greenhouse. There is also a barn with a lot old stuff to clean up and a garden, which need a makeover.
We would love to start next year with growing vegetables, so we need to prepare a field as well.
As you can see, we have many different projects so there is a lot to learn. :)
We would like to have on meal a day together, most of the times it gonna be lunch. Breakfast and dinner is everyone doing for themselves. But of course, some days we are also open to cozy evenings with cooking, playing games and talking.
As a wwoofer you live in our van, which is small but cozy. You have a heating system and a tiny kitchen with a sink and a stove. Outside there is a compost toilette and a shower with warm water. One can also use our bathroom and kitchen in the main house.
There is a guestroom in our house as well, where we can host wwoofers, but some times we need it.
Kegnæs offers many opportunities for outdoor activities. One can go for a nice walk on the beach or go on a bicycle tour. If you are in to watersports like kitesurfing, kayaking or supboarding you will find an oppportunity to do it here because we are surrounded by water.
We love to spent time outside, go to the beach or make a nice campfire and get to know different cultures.
